Altuna Hermanos, a Gipuzkoan SME with 45 employees and 100 years of activity specialized in the manufacture of professional pruning shears, exports to more than 40 countries relying on the figure of specialized distributor.
It hires us to work on the Internationalization Plan, identify business opportunities in countries where Altuna does not have enough presence and work on those assigned to us as export sales department.
With the supervision of the General and commercial management and integrating ourselves into the team, we search, contact, present and follow up the distribution agreement (identifying products, selected, sales objectives, support in document management, and business growth).
Once the partners have been identified, we support in the monthly follow-up to achieve the annual sales objectives.
