We can say that it was our first client for the services of Operational Market Research and Outsourcing of Export Department, back in 2006.
We worked with them for 3 years, integrated in their commercial team, which at that time had no international experience.
Our work consisted of generating the commercial tools and executing all the necessary international commercial action to detect, contact, visit and close first sales with companies in the automotive sector, with projects with relatively long maturity periods.
We also worked with them on the company's strategic plan, which involved opening up international clients and making all the people and departments aware of the importance of the project.
