Product launches
It is one of the services we enjoy working on the most.
It involves using many of our skills and where our experience in entering new markets and clients clearly adds to the ability of the company that hires us to identify opportunities and develop new projects and solutions.
Depending on the timing of each "launch", the service usually consists of three phases in which we will allocate more or less resources and time.
1. BUSINESS PLAN:
Definition of commercial strategy, objectives and budgets.

- Action Plan and budget 2020-21
The objective is to prepare a Business Plan, defining a Strategy and short-term action plan and budget for direct markets, markets with subsidiaries, and markets with distribution.
- Definition of strategy and objectives.
2. LEAN CONTRAST IN MARKET:
Once the strategy has been defined, we will implement the previously defined objectives by providing the Lean methodology, in close contact with the market and accelerating the commercial processes.
In this phase we will support the company in the process of implementing the following points, applying LEAN SALES methodology.

- Preparation of Contact Pack for contact with partners and end-customers.
- Contrast Value Proposition with end-customers in selected markets.
- Prioritise markets and customer profile for contrast.
- Short lists of companies to be contacted.
- Contact and follow-up to contrast value and validate opportunity.
- Contrasting Value Proposition with potential Business Partners

Based on the responses and reactions of the potential customers and potential partners contacted:
- Product launch strategy and pricing policy will be adjusted if necessary.
