Smartel
SMARTEL is a small company specialized in a very competitive fiber optic installation technique.
Together with them we analyzed several potential target markets and decided to prioritize one, namely Brazil, and together with our team in destination, we organized a commercial agenda where we visited the main telecommunications operators and some possible "competitors" specialized in other construction techniques. We decided to incorporate a person from Onura's team in Brazil to work full time on the project and finally open a subsidiary in Brazil, with its own staff, equipment and approvals, for which we worked in parallel on the feasibility plan and commercial work until the subsidiary was created and the first sale was closed.
