Roller has several lines of business. At a time when the national market was stagnant and decreasing, they decided to bet on an international effort. Starting from little experience in the organization.
Together we launched a multi-market prospecting project. We initially focused on the UK, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe, to end up working in North Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. We were able to get it wrong as a company quickly and "on the cheap", and based on what we learned we were able to validate a particular value proposition for different types of markets.
After our intervention, Roller hired an Export Manager to whom we passed on our knowledge and contacts making a smooth and quick transition.
We have continued working with Roller on specific projects such as, for example, attending the Hannover subcontracting fair with a shared stand to launch a new line of business.
