DTQ4, a spinoff of the CAF Group (today integrated in CAF Power & Automation), was launched to be able to sell services outside their own "internal" CAF customer. With very experienced staff in the development of "on-board" software, they relied on Onura to give commercial speed to the organization.
We worked closely with the whole team to determine two target markets, in addition to the national one, with a different value proposition adapted to each market, sales chain and customer profile.
We worked both nationally with end customers (mainly multinationals), generating a systematic commercial activity aimed at obtaining meetings with the development teams of end customers, and in Germany and Brazil to assess the potential and develop partnerships that allow selling a remote service.
