My name is Juan Berganza and I am from Bilbao.
I complemented my training as an Economist with a European MBA and a Master in Business Innovation from the University of Cambridge. I have also been trained in project management (Agile Certificate).
I love the commercial and marketing world, I have always tried to have a 360º vision of the sales process, coordinating and working in purchasing, marketing and commercial departments.
In Onura I work as a Project Manager, deploying my skills in digital sales, face-to-face sales and accompaniment, developing commercial strategies according to market and customer typology.
On a personal level, it stimulates me to be able to help the productive fabric of the country to develop, working side by side with our companies to achieve their commercial success here and across the seas.
In parallel, and as I am in love with training, I am also the academic director of a B2B Sales Digitalization program at one of the most prestigious schools in Latin America, IESA, where I teach modules on Sales Empowerment, Sales to Key Accounts and Digitalization in Action.
I always try to keep up to date with all the innovations that are being incorporated into the world of sales and apply them to our clients, so that they lead the market in the way they sell.

I believe in alliances and teamwork, because it implies rowing in one direction, in one direction, with one goal. With the additional motivation that comes from achieving it together.
In my professional career, I have managed a company, led sales teams, implemented sales methods, carried out point-of-sale marketing, developed digital channels, etc... I like to be multidisciplinary and I am very restless to learn new things.
I am family oriented, I love reading, I enjoy sports (handball, paddle, skates, fronton, etc.) and watching interesting series, always in original version.
