Hi, I'm Marlene Crespo:

I studied Administration and Finance, and I recently joined Onura's Inside Sales team, dedicating myself to what motivates me the most: customer relationships.

After working for years in customer service, I have been able to be develop communication skills to mantaine and forster busisness conversations with very different type of personalities in different companies, sectors and countries.

This has led me to develop as well persistence, adaptability and organisation skills. My main role being to detect, identify and follow business opportunities, generating conversations with key people at potential customers as well as following up on big numbers of existing and potential  customers using both CRMs and automation technologies.

One of my passions is travelling, I have had the opportunity to get to know and learn from cultures different from my own, accompanied by friends or byself".
