They are experts in a very competitive technique to install optical fibre.

Together with them, we analysed some potential target markets and decided to go for one: Brazil.
Onura’s team went to Brazil with previously scheduled business appointments, where the main telecom operators and some possible ‘competitors’ who specialised in other techniques were visited.
One person from the Onura team stayed there, working full-time on the project. He ended up opening a subsidiary in Brazil, with staff, machinery and type approvals. For that, it was necessary to continue to work from Onura on the feasibility plan and on commercial activity, until the subsidiary was established and the first deal was closed.
