We helped this company, jointly owned by a German group and S.Izaguirre,to open new markets, which coincided with their investment on a new production line.
Their sales team focused on the markets where they used to sell at the time, while Onura’s job was to get new clients in new markets. The aim was to get a good sales volume for the new production line in the medium term, targeting Brazil and the United States.
We did get sales in Brazil, but not in the States, where we realised it was necessary to stock locally in order to sell.
At the same time, we worked with the management team in the development of the International Plan of Action.
